President and CEO of M.T.D. Associates, LLC. A wealth planning firm; with twenty eight years of experience in providing clients with integrated insurance solutions to wealth preservation strategies. M.T.D. Associates bridges the gap between financial product manufacturers and truly independent financial advisors specializing in life insurance and wealth transfer.
Michael is a licensed insurance broker in over thirty states and works with families across the country working to obtain the best insurance product, for each individual clients needs. Maintaining the broker approach allows Mike to provide independent and objective strategies to meet each client's individual situation.
Michael lives in Glen Ridge, New Jersey located only twelve miles from midtown Manhattan. He resides in Glen Ridge with his spouse Tracy and three sons Nicholas, Michael, and Jack.
Lori Minardi has been employed by M.T.D. Associates, LLC. for over 23 years, working directly with the President Michael DePhillips. Lori's career began in the group insurance industry under United Healthcare working with groups ranging from 2 to 50 employees at a time. Staying in the same field, she expanded her education under a larger group insurance brokerage house to handle accounts from 50 to 200 lives.
Working with M.T.D. Associates, Lori provides insight into our group insurance market, as well as processes all new business and runs the day to day operations.
